Hot water heater was leaking and out of code. We have used them many times in the past. They scheduled service short notice and installed new hot heater. Very professional and highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

Above and beyond outstanding service from a professional team. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Doug helped me fix an issue with my Home Depot water heater which arrived damaged. The entire time assisted in exchanging the damaged heater with a quality replacement in a timely manner. Choose Flowrite above all other plumbers!!! You will thank yourself for the smart choice.

Definitely call & use these pple! Just got done with a plumbing emergency at my parents house & the guys that came, David, Doug & quavo were extremely knowledgeable,hard working & kind to us especially when I told them I've never been thru a situation like this bc my dad usually handles/does these kinds of things but he recently passed...They went above & beyond & I greatly appreciate u guys! I will only be calling these pple from now on if I ever have a problem...

A few weeks ago I was having an issue with the pipe to my septic tank and I was referred to Flow-Rite by my handy man. I got an appointment relatively quick. The young man came out he was polite, courteous and efficient. I said that if I had any other plumbing issues I would call them. Foreshadowing here we are again with a little more serious issue. So out they come again, Mr. David was detailed in telling me what was wrong, what he had to do and what I needed to do so that I wouldn't have to see them so soon. There were three different things that needed to be accomplished/addressed and he was able to provide me with the referrals for the other two issues. To make the already long story short Flow-Rite did any OUTSTANDING job and I already have him lined up for a project in the near future. There is something to be said for a business man that is doing his job AND providing valuable information as well. Thank you Mr. David and Flow-Rite. I will be in touch sooner then later.

What a fantastic experience! David came over immediately upon hearing my sewer drain was backed up. Was able to get it clear promptly and the price couldn’t be beat! Will for sure be using Flow Rite for all of our future plumbing needs. Thanks again yall!

Doug, Lawson, and David provided exceptional service on February 15 and 22, 2024 (lapse, waiting for parts). They quickly identified the leak in kitchen sink before any damage cabinetry took place. Customer service was exceptional, service was efficient. Company is cost-competitive, reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company for plumbing issues. Thank you Flowrite!
